I’ve been a real estate agent in Austin for almost 4 years now, and so far I haven’t found a need to create my own Real Estate related web site or blog. I basically figured “Why Bother?” There are plenty of real estate web sites out there already…. My own brokerage Habitat Hunters has an excellent web site chock full of great information, and has the functionality to search the MLS, too. (For now this web site will not be equipped for that…. I could change my mind later, but for now it won’t.)
So we’re back to why? It simply comes down to this: I don’t intend for this site to be your one and only place for real estate matters; instead it will be a collection of things I think are either interesting or helpful. Yes, it’s also a way for me to allow you to get in touch with me to help you with your real estate needs, but just as much it’s where I will put up some random thoughts and helpful information.
